Well, our classes use the latest in cardio equipment (rowing machines, upright and recumbent exercise bikes, dumbbells, steppers and orbitreks) to increase your body’s overall endurance, but we also use fully-trained physiotherapists who are not only on hand to help but can recommend the right exercises for you.
