JACUZZI ZONE - maintenance work at the Wellness Zone
From 30.08 to 3.10 maintenance work will be carried out at Baltica Wellness & Spa, during which time the Jacuzzi Zone (part of the Wellness Zone) will be unavailable for guests to the spa. However, the remaining areas of the Wellness Zone will be available as usual i.e. the steam rooms, saunas and snow chambers.
What mustn’t I forget?
From 4 - 28 September
- Jacuzzi Zone in the Wellness Zone will be closed
- from monday to saturday the Wellness Zone except the Jacuzzi Zone
will be open from 5pm - 9pm - at sunday the Wellness Zone except the Jacuzzi Zone
will be open during Baltica Wellness & Spa opening hours (10am - 9 pm)
29 September
- Wellness Zone will be closed
From 30 September - 3 October
- Jacuzzi Zone in the Wellness Zone will be closed
- from monday to saturday the Wellness Zone except the Jacuzzi Zone
will be open from 5pm - 9pm - at sunday the Wellness Zone except the Jacuzzi Zone
will be open during Baltica Wellness & Spa opening hours (10am - 9 pm)
What will I be able to use in the Wellness Zone from 4 September?
So you’ll be still able to chill out in the steam room, aromatherapy room and Ottoman steam bath, hang out a while in the caldarium and tepidarium, or get a buzz from the sauna, snow chamber and sensations showers. So as to limit the inconvenience to a minimum, all the refurbishment work is planned for mornings on working days.

PIn addition, due to the limited access at the Wellness Zone, the following have extended expiry dates:
- ticket books/season tickets (excluding rehabilitation and others which do not include the Wellness Zone)
- vouchers
- packages
purchased between 1 July and 28 September. Each such ticket book/voucher/package will be valid for 4 months from date of purchase. We should also like to inform you that such tickets/vouchers/packages with 4-month validity cannot be extended.
