GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF BALTICA WELLNESS & SPA AND ITS SERVICES
1. Opening hours of BALTICA Wellness & Spa Centre:
- Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 10.00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday 10.00 am - 10.00 pm.
On holidays BALTICA Wellness & Spa Centre operates in separately designated hours, in accordance with information provided earlier on the web site www.spabaltica.pl. BALTICA Wellness & Spa can change opening hours in the event of repair works within the Facility. BALTICA Wellness & Spa reserves the right to change opening hours of the Facility or its particular part.
2. Purchase of an entrance ticket to Wellness Zone and/or purchase of other services from the offer of BALTICA Wellness & Spa, as well as starting to take advantage of the service are tantamount to a Guest's statement that there are no health counterindications to use the services offered by BALTICA Wellness & Spa and that he or she has become familiar and accepts the terms of the present Regulations.
3. Persons staying within BALTICA Wellness & Spa Facility are obliged to become familiar and comply with the present Regulations.
4. Osoby przebywające na terenie Obiektu BALTICA Wellness & Spa zobowiązane są do skorzystania z szatni mieszczącej się na parterze obiektu
5. The right to use the services provided by BALTICA Wellness & Spa is granted to those Guests who have purchased a single service or services, or access to Wellness Zone, Fitness Zone, as well as to those Guests who hold the following documents indicated in these Regulations: subscription card, gift voucher or a Day-spa package document. The right to use the services is limited to these services that it has been purchased for.
6. Paid fee for unused entrance tickets, services, as well as in the case of turning a Guest out of the Facility on the terms stipulated in these Regulations is not subject to refund.
7. The stay within the Facility serves the purpose of rest. Guests are obliged to behave in a cultural way and not to disturb the peace of other Guests.
8. The following persons will not be let into the area of the Facility:
• under the influence of alcohol and drugs as well as other intoxicants,
• persons behaving in an aggressive way or not in line with behaviour standards in SPA centre type facilities.
9. The following behaviours are prohibited within the Facility:
• smoking and taking intoxicants,
• bringing in and consumption of alcoholic beverages,
• bringing in and consumption of non-alcoholic beverages as well as food purchased not in Cafe Baltica located on the ground floor of BALTICA Wellness & Spa Facility,
• bringing in glass objects,
• bringing in dogs and other animals,
• trade and acquisition
In the event of failure to follow the aforementioned prohibitions, a person violating the ban with leave the Facility upon an order of a BALTICA Wellness & Spa employee.
Bringing in image and sound recording devices as well as recording image or sound is possible only with prior approval of the Facility Management.
10. The offer of Biological Regeneration can be used only by adults. Persons between 16 and 18 years of age can undergo treatments with a written consent of a statutory representative. Signature should be submitted in person, statements are available at the Spa reception-desk.
11. In order to ensure due order and safety within the Facility as well as efficient functioning of the Facility, the entity running BALTICA Wellness & Spa reserves the right to refuse to provide the services within the Facility and/or to access the Facility.
12. For services rendered by BALTICA Wellness & Spa there is a possibility to pay in cash, by credit card or a bank transfer to the indicated bank account. In case of a bank transfer, one should make the payment 3 days before the agreed treatment.
13. Employees of BALTICA Wellness & Spa are entitled to stop a treatment, if the Guest's behaviour is inappropriate or inadequate to the place he or she stays at (e.g. sexual suggestions, aggression, etc.)
14. Within BALTICA Wellness & Spa it is not allowed to run operations competitive towards BALTICA Wellness & Spa or Pazim Spółka z o.o.. Competitive operations are defined as paid or free performance of activities with the profile similar to the services provided by BALTICA Wellness & Spa, in particular within the scope of:
• biological regeneration
• relaxing treatments, including massage,
• individual and group fitness training or other sports training.
15. Due to the care for high standard of services as well as health and safety reasons it is forbidden to run any training, in particular within the scope of fitness, by persons other than the employees of BALTICA Wellness & Spa.
16. Without permission of the Director of BALTICA Wellness & Spa it is forbidden to conduct any form of advertising within the Facility. It is absolutely forbidden to order and encourage to use paid or free services competitive in respect of BALTICA Wellness & Spa, provided by other persons, business entities or institutions.
17. For rehabilitation treatments PAZIM Sp. z o.o. shall issue an invoice with 23% VAT rate.
18. Any possible complaints and requests should be filed to the Manager of a given floor of BALTICA Wellness & Spa Facility. The Book of Complaints and Requests can be found at the reception desk on the ground floor of the Facility.
19. All persons staying within BALTICA Wellness & Spa Facility are obliged to comply with the present Regulations and with the orders of employees of BALTICA Wellness & Spa.
20. If the objects or devices constituting equipment of the Facility become lost or dirty, Guests are obliged to repair the damage caused by paying compensation. The amount of compensation is determined each time, after individual estimation of losses.
21. BALTICA Wellness & Spa shall not be liable for damage to health of persons participating in activities caused by improper use of the equipment located within the Facility or non-observance of instructions and orders of persons authorized to conduct activities.
22. Any changes in the Regulations and the price-list of BALTICA Wellness & Spa shall be announced by hanging their modified content at the reception desk as well as posting it on the website.
23. Current Regulations are available at each reception desk of the Facility.
