The payment due for gift vouchers is that which applies on the day the form is sent, and not on the day the payment is received in the account.
Where a special offer gift voucher is reserved online, and where payment is to be made in cash and the voucher collected on the premises, collection should take place within 3 days of the reservation. Where the voucher is collected after this date, the voucher price valid on the day of collection shall be applicable.
