Stationary Training

Loosing weight can be fun!
Stationary training is a safe way to exercise in a group, but at your own individualised pace to give you increased motivation to continue exercising. You’ll find that you not only lose weight but it’s also fun!
When you’re slimming it’s important for your training sessions to last longer than 40 minutes, as it’s only with a longer session that your body starts to burn off its fat reserves. An effective exercise programme should be individually designed, both in terms of speed and intensity. A stationary training session will guarantee you all that.
In short:
Description:
Loosing weight can be fun!
Your unique stationary training programme lasts around 60 minutes with a range of individually-chosen exercises on the latest cardio equipment (elliptical and cross trainers, treadmills, recumbent or upright exercise bikes), and finishing with stretching. The whole session lasts around 70 mins. An individual fat-burning programme is designed for each piece of equipment, taking into account your age, weight and resting pulse. All the while you will be under the watchful eye of a qualified physiotherapist, who will make sure that the equipment is set up right for you. Stationary training is something totally new to Szczecin!.
