Regulations on the Usage of Gift Coupons in Baltica Wellness & Spa Center

1. Baltica Wellness & Spa Center (Center) conducts sale of gift coupons, which give their owners the right to use services of Center under the conditions specified in this Regulations and the Regulations of Baltica Wellness & Spa Center, the content of which is available on the web site www.spabaltica.pl.
2. Center offers the following types of gift coupons:
1) Value coupons with an amount each time specified on the coupon. The amount would be unilaterally specified by Center or by Center’s client on the moment of purchase.
2) Treatment coupons, issued depending on the circumstances on the request of a Center’s client.

§ 2

1. Each holder of a gift coupon is entitled to use the coupon exclusively on the date specified on the coupon.
2. Gift coupon’s validity period is maximally 3 months from the sale date which shall be placed on the gift coupon.
3. Reservation of treatments which are to be attended by a gift coupon holder should be made at least 3 weeks before the coupon’s expiry date. In case of a treatment reservation made after the time specified in the first sentence, Center shall make the reservation only in case of availability of the treatments and on the dates offered by Center. Center represents that is not responsible for impossibility to use a gift coupon by its holder each time when the treatment reservation would take place within the period shorter than 3 weeks to the coupon’s expiry date. In such case the gift coupon holder shall neither be authorized to attend another free treatment nor to receive a money equivalent for the treatment that was not used.
4. Validity period of a gift coupon may be extended exclusively by the Center’s Director and only in exceptionally justified cases.
5. Failure to use a gift coupon within the time periods indicated on the coupon is equal with the expiry of the gift coupon and shall not give its holder any grounds for claims in the scope against Center.

§ 3

1. The value coupon holder may use the coupon in one of the following ways:
1) use the amount indicated on the value coupon for specific treatments in accordance with a valid offer of the Center (without special current offer);
2) purchase products offered in the SPA shop located on the second floor of the Center’s building;
3) use the amount indicated on the value coupon partially for specific treatments in accordance with a valid offer of the Center and partially for purchase of products offered in the SPA shop;
4) exchange the value coupon for a day-spa packet or a pass for a basic offer of Baltica Wellness & Spa services (in case of the exchange of the value coupon for a day-spa packet the coupon holder should immediately determine dates of treatments included in a selected day-spa packet).
2. If during the validity period of the value coupon its holder fails to use the coupon in full, the remaining amount shall not be refunded by the Center.
3. If the total value of the purchased products and attended treatments exceeds the amount indicated on the value coupon, its holder should without delay pay the price difference.
4. A treatment coupon holder is entitled to use the coupon exclusively for a specific treatment for which the coupon was issued.
5. In justified case when a gift coupon holder is not able to use the coupon, the coupon may be transferred to a third party.
6. It is prohibited to resale the gift coupons to third parties and to use any Center’s advertisement and information documents for this purpose.

§ 4

1. Treatments are performed exclusively on working hours of the Center, in accordance with the information included at www.spabaltica.pl. On holidays Center provides services within hours determined separately, in accordance with previously provided information and in the way specified in the first sentence.
2. In order to make a reservation of Center’s services, a gift coupon holder is obliged to contact the reception of the Center by e-mail: baltica@spabaltica.pl, or by phone: (091) 359 4400 and (091) 359 4401 in case of the treatments related to rehabilitation, and (091) 359 4402 in case biological regeneration treatments.
3. The message sent by e-mail should include at least information on the type of Center’s offer to be booked, which is the name of the treatment, treatments or Center’s packet, in accordance with a valid offer included at the web site www.spabaltica.pl. In case of treatment cards, the information sent by e-mail should indicate a reserved treatment type. In each case a person making a reservation should provide an exact reservation date.
4. A reservation shall be considered effective when confirmed by Center within 48 hours from the reservation receiving date, to the electronic mail address included in the reservation e-mail.

§ 5

1. Center shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of the gift coupons.
2. Center reserves the right to refuse providing services on the basis of the gift coupons which are illegible, damaged or when their originality is questioned in any other way. In such case the gift coupon is considered by Center as invalid, without client’s right to receive a substitute coupon.
3. The gift coupons are not means of payment. They may not be exchanged in Center into cash, as a whole or partially.
4. The purchased gift coupon may not be returned.

§ 6

1. A person purchasing a gift coupon and its holder are obliged to get acquainted with these Regulations and the Regulations of Baltica Wellness & Spa Center.
2. The Purchase of a gift coupon is understood as purchasing party’s acceptance of the provisions included herein.
3. A person purchasing a gift coupon prior to handing it over is obliged to inform a beneficiary about the conditions of using gift coupons, including the necessity to get acquainted with the content of this Regulations and about the consequences of accepting the gift coupon, which are included in § 6.4. In case of failing to provide or inappropriate providing the above-mentioned information to the gift coupon holder, Buyer shall bear a full responsibility due to the fact and is obliged to satisfy any claims of the gift coupon holder.
4. Accepting a gift coupon is understood as the gift coupon holder’s acceptance of the provisions included herein.
