• individual exercises – medicinal exercises to treat e.g. problems with posture and the motor system, a wide range of pain in particular back, joint and muscle pain. Kinesiotherapy is treatment through movement used to help in a wide range of conditions affecting the nervous, respiratory, circulatory and musculoskeletal systems.
The therapist works individually with the patient to develop a personalised exercise programme suited to his or her needs and abilities.
