Hot stone massage is a special massage that is applied by means of smooth, heated stones up to 50°C. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that is placed on the key points of the body. The harmonized manual technique improves the blood circulation, relieves tensions, decreases muscles and joints fatigue and increases the metabolism of the cells as well releases toxins from the body. Its first and foremost application is to influence the energy points located on the body; it releases stress and restores a normal and balanced energy flow in the body.
